Oregon Mutual Insurance Company Appoints June Holmes to Board of Directors

At APCIA, Holmes held a broad operating mandate spanning finance, human resources, operations, board governance, strategic planning, and oversight of a for-profit subsidiary. As Chief Operating Officer, she played a central role in two organizational mergers, leading due diligence, transition planning, and post-merger integration. Her governance experience includes work with executive, nominating, finance, audit, investment, compensation and benefits, and strategic planning committees.
